How long does it take to process an order?

However, kindly note that due to space limitations, this location primarily houses our most popular items. Ninety percent of our comprehensive product range resides at the Colchester warehouse. Orders designated for collection from the London office are typically processed instantaneously. A confirmation email will be dispatched the moment your selection is prepared for pickup. Collection from our Colchester warehouse is also an option, though it necessitates prior notification. This allows us to inform our staff and schedule a suitable collection time slot. By default, all deliveries utilize the reliable DPD service. For singular items under 20kg dispatched from our London office, Royal Mail is employed. Notably, exceptionally large orders requiring pallets will be entrusted to a third-party logistics provider, with whom we will directly communicate the details. In essence, we offer a selection of fulfillment options to ensure a seamless and expeditious journey for your order, from the moment you click "purchase" to the final point of collection or delivery.
