How to make Crème Brûlée

In this video, we'll guide you through the steps to make Crème Brûlée.

Crème Brûlée

Bring the milk to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Stir continuously with a silicone spatula while heating to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Once the milk boils, add 90 grams of caramel powder. Pour slowly and stir quickly. Increase the induction cooker to high heat, stirring continuously until the powder and milk are evenly mixed. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until small bubbles appear, approximately 1 minute. Turn off the heat.

Pour the cooked liquid into a cooling container, gently shake it ten times to reduce internal bubbles, and refrigerate for storage.

Note:

When cooking, it is essential to use a silicone spatula to scrape the bottom of the pot closely while stirring to avoid sticking and burning.
Due to the tendency of this product to caramelize during the cooking process, it is recommended to use a non-stick pan for preparation.
