How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping Charges:
Shipping rates are based on weight and volume of your order. Large orders (40+ cartons) are typically shipped on pallets. Contact us for custom quotes on large orders to ensure the best pricing.
Free shipping for orders over £500 within the UK. Orders over £1,000 qualify for free shipping to The Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
Shipping Methods:
DPD: Primarily used for large orders.
Royal Mail 24/48: Used for smaller orders.
Emergency Shipping: Available upon request.
Order Processing and Shipping Times:
Smaller orders:
Typically shipped within 30 minutes of order placement. Larger orders: Handled by our warehouse and shipped via DPD. Next-day delivery: Available for large orders placed before 12 PM (subject to DPD's delivery capabilities).
Royal Mail 24: Orders placed before 2 PM can be shipped the same day for next day delivery.

How long will it take to get my package?
Standard Shipping:
- Orders placed before 12 PM: We typically ship the same day from our warehouse.
- Orders placed after 12 PM: Your order will be shipped the following morning.
Next-Day Delivery (DPD):
- Orders placed before 12 PM: You can opt for next-day delivery via DPD for an additional fee.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Smaller Orders:
- For smaller orders, we may ship from our London office using Royal Mail.
- Express Delivery (Next-Day): Available for orders placed before 2 PM.
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 48 hours.
