Orders designated for collection from the London office are typically processed instantaneously. A confirmation email will be dispatched the moment your selection is prepared for pickup. Collection from our Colchester warehouse is also an option, though it necessitates prior notification. This allows us to inform our staff and schedule a suitable collection time slot.

By default, all deliveries utilize the reliable DPD service. For singular items under 20kg dispatched from our London office, Royal Mail is employed. Notably, exceptionally large orders requiring pallets will be entrusted to a third-party logistics provider, with whom we will directly communicate the details.
