Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea leaves
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup cooked and cooled black tapioca pearls
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
 
1. Brew the Earl Grey Tea:
Place the loose Earl Grey tea leaves in a teapot or infuser. Pour hot water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. Strain the tea and let it cool.
 
2. Sweeten the Tea:
Stir in honey while the tea is still warm. This will add a delightful sweetness and enhance the aromatic notes of the Earl Grey.
